This patient had a large tumor at the skull base that was compressing their internal carotid, facial nerve, and other structures. Thank you to @klsmartingroup for donating this fibula planning.

This 25 year old Guatemalan had a large Ameloblastoma (very aggressive benign tumor) and needed segmental mandibulectomy with a fibula free flap. We resected the tumor and reconstructed the mandible with a fibula free flap. Completed March 2026! Thank you to our Donors and Surgeons!
